VEHICLE INSTALLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposits and Payments
• Final payment is due upon pickup of the vehicle. BrandLift reserves the right to withhold the vehicle if payment has not been made.
Additional Work and Charges
Vehicle Condition for Wrap Installations
• BrandLift and its agents or subcontractors are not responsible for any damage sustained to a vehicle before delivery or after pickup.

Coating and Surface Issues
• BrandLift uses a general surface cleaner specified for vinyl wraps. It is not BrandLift’s responsibility to check for any issues with the current paint or powder coatings that may be caused by this cleaner. If damage occurs, it is considered a surface issue, not the responsibility of BrandLift or the cleaner.
Removal of Existing Graphics
• BrandLift provides removal of existing graphics; however, BrandLift is not responsible for the current quality of the paint or clear coat. While non-invasive measures are used to remove vinyl, damage may occur that is beyond BrandLift’s control.

Artwork and Proofing
• All artwork created by BrandLift will be submitted to the client for approval via digital or printed proofs. Clients must carefully review and approve proofs before printing.
• After client approval, BrandLift is not liable for any errors or omissions. The client assumes responsibility for any mistakes and will cover the cost of reprinting if necessary.
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the proof is approved.
Vehicle Wrap Appearance and Alterations
• Final graphic proofs may require adjustments during installation to fit the vehicle’s shape. BrandLift installers are authorized to make such changes without prior approval.
Pickup of Completed Vehicles
• For vehicles picked up after hours, customers must immediately provide written notice of any damage they believe they have identified.
